"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I decided to give this place a second chance, and highly regret it. I send my son with his father and he comes home with uneven hair every time. His dad even said he asked the lady to fix it once before leaving. I could cut a straight line better than that."

"Everytime I go they always cut my hair way to short, I asked for an inch off the top(I had like 8 inches of hair at the time) and now im stuck with like three inches of hair."

"Would seriously rethink before I go there.. Registered - waited for nearly 30 mins only to find out name did not register.. They then put me up saying immediate - only after five mins to find that was moved by 30 mins.. A medium trim was not understood, went for scissors and the end result was not something that was too happy with.. Spent nearly 90 mins (60 of those waiting) for a haircut that was not really happy with as the stylist did not understand and I had to guide... On top of that, you pay 25 bucks! Wow... The one across the street next to Walmart; going back there the next time.."

"Giving a two for great customer service. My haircut was pretty bad. I picked Stacey because she had a nice haircut. When I asked if she’d done her own hair, she stated that she had actually gone to another barbershop but could in fact cut hair. That should have been my first clue not to sit in the chair. When she asked me what I wanted, I told her to taper the front about half an inch back and clean up the sides and back as well as edge me up. Which is all pretty basic to ask of a barber. I told her I wanted to keep my sideburns, and for her to square up my edges. Thought we were on the same page. Clue number two that this wasn’t going to go well was when she told me her clippers were on the fritz. The first pair sounded like they were going to die midhaircut, and the second pair were incredibly dull. She cut me in several places and even caught my ear. Once I was done I just wanted to get out of there. I was already late for a birthday party, and it had started raining. I never saw the back of my head, and without my glasses I thought the front was okay. I paid and left with the intention of never going back. Once I got in the car, my fiancé stated that it didn’t even look like I got a haircut. Then we noticed that my sides were very uneven. The worst part was how far back she pushed my taper. The first thing i did when i sat in the chair was stress how important it was that it was no more than half an inch. Looking at it now, it’s probably about 1.5 inches back. She never brushed me off like most barbers, and certainly didn’t rub me with any alcohol or anything. Overall, this was an awful experience. I considered calling up there and asking for someone different to fix it, or for a refund. If this is the kind of work they find to be acceptable, I’ll never go back to this location again. Complete waste of money."
