"It's overpriced, busy and sometimes they make you feel rushed. For a $20 haircut I expect a lot more. I can spend $6 more down the road and have an infinitely better experience from someone who actually cares how you end up looking. I guess it's all about expectations. If you don't high high ones, you'll walk out feeling ok. P.S. The girl that cut my hair on 5/26, was great. Friendly, decent haircut that almost made me feel like the $20 haircut was worth it. Have people who c as re about their job and you'll get better results."

"I don't know if Tina does not understand basic English or what but she doesn't seem to understand the word "trim". It's frustrating when you waited months to grow your son's hair only for someone to cut it really short (and a bad haircut at that) when all you asked is a trim. I even specifically said no more than half an inch off. She cut my son's bangs even though I never told her to. She could have at least asked first if I wanted bangs on him or not. After giving him a haircut, she would not even bother drying his hair or wiping off the hair on his neck. My son came out looking like a wet rat and itching his neck. I had to wipe all the hair off. He and my husband have been to this Sport Clips many times and this was the first time I asked for a refund. The manager would not refund me a dollar for the bad job one of their employees did on a customer. So here goes the bad review (in addition to Yelp, Facebook, etc. reviews) and a complaint to BBB later. If you decide to get your haircut at this sports clip, stay away from Tina. She does not seem to understand a very simple instruction. And if your hairdresser gives you a bad haircut, just don't pay for it 'cause you're never gonna get a refund once you've paid."

"So have been bringing my two oldest sons here for a couple years and always been a nice clean, fast service place. Tonight however, my son was a little distraught with his experience as during the hair cut the "Latina" was speaking Spanish to her co-worker and mentioned this kid smells so bad he's going to make me vomit..... in addition to mentioning his aroma a 2nd time. Now mind you my son had just came from batting practice for baseball. If she would've have taken notice and not been so arrogant maybe wash his hair etc etc. the sad thing is she assumed my son didn't know Spanish and blankly spoke ignorance in front of him this offending a 10 year old. Will for sure be reaching out to the manager. This is unacceptable.....hopefully no one else experiences this kind of treatment"
